If you would like to hire Unique Solutions MSP, Inc. to help you with your technology needs then the form below is how to get that process started!

 

Hourly Rate – hourly rate for utilizing our Unique Solutions Services Staff with consulting is $200.00 USD per hour, there is a 1 hour minimum for onsite visits, then billed in 1/4 hours after the initial first hour. All remote support is billed in 1/4 hours.

If you would like to request a consult with Nathan Clark directly, the hourly rate is $300.00 USD/hour.

 

This rate applies Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Any work performed outside of normal business hours is billed at 1.5 x our hourly rate and holidays will be billed at 2 x the hourly rate.

When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use during our regularly scheduled business hours. Unused hours purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Block hour discounts are based on the number of hours purchased (i.e. 20 hours = 20% discount, 15 hours = 15% discount, 10 hours = 10% discount, 5 hours = 5% discount)

Warranty – Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.
